Refund Policy

FLYR is a low-cost digital product created for a specific sale. Preview every design carefully before purchasing.
When a refund is available
Contact FLYR if a technical problem prevents delivery of the purchased clean files or mobile page and support cannot correct it within a reasonable time, or if you were charged more than once for the same FLYR. Approved refunds return to the original payment method through Stripe.
Change-of-mind requests
Because clean digital files are made available immediately after payment, change-of-mind refunds may not be available after those files have been accessed or downloaded, except where required by law. This does not limit rights that apply in your location.
How to request help
Email support@flyr.cc with the approximate purchase date, sign-in provider and FLYR title. Do not email card numbers, passwords or sign-in codes.
